Welcome to Bingoals, a mobile app designed to help you create and track your resolutions with personalized bingo cards. By accessing or using Bingoals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Bingoals app (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), which govern your access to and use of the App.
2. One-Time Purchase and Refund Policy
- Bingoals is available for purchase as a one-time payment.
- All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
3. User-Generated Content
- You may create content, such as bingo cards, within the app ("User Content"). By creating User Content, you grant Bingoals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating the app.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Changes to the App and Terms
- We may, in our discretion, update the app and these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via notifications within the app or through other communication channels. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the app after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
5. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
